General Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of BotLabAkad services and content. They explain eligibility, account responsibilities, permitted uses, intellectual property and dispute handling. By using BotLabAkad you agree to comply with these terms and any published course rules that apply to specific offerings. Our materials focus on applied scenarios and professional development.

Eligibility

Access to BotLabAkad services is available to individuals and organizations that can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Students must provide accurate professional information to help us tailor case-based learning paths. Individuals under the applicable minimum age or lacking legal capacity should not create accounts.

You must meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract. BotLabAkad is intended for professional learners; accounts for minors are subject to parental or guardian consent where required.

You must use the platform lawfully and not for activities that violate applicable laws, including export controls, intellectual property rules, or data protection obligations when uploading or sharing materials.

Access may be restricted in certain countries due to legal limitations or sanctions. BotLabAkad may block or limit access where required by local law.

Account and Access

You are responsible for creating and maintaining a secure account. Provide truthful professional information and keep credentials confidential. Profiles support case-based course recommendations and verification for professional certificates.

Maintain accurate account details. Inaccurate or incomplete information that affects course placement or compliance must be corrected promptly.

Protect your login credentials. Notify us immediately via [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. We implement industry-standard technical measures to protect account data but account security is a shared responsibility.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable without explicit written consent from BotLabAkad. Sharing credentials is prohibited and may lead to suspension.

If your account is compromised notify [email protected] immediately with details. We will work to secure the account and provide remediation steps, including temporary access restrictions while contribute.

BotLabAkad may suspend or restrict accounts that violate terms, pose security risks, or fail to pay for services. We will attempt to notify affected users prior to suspension unless immediate action is required for security reasons.

Service Provision

BotLabAkad provides course content, interactive case studies, assessments and project templates focused on professional AI applications. Content includes instructor-led sessions, self-paced modules and practical scenarios derived from industry implementations. Availability of specific modules may vary.

We may modify or retire features and content to reflect educational needs and technological change. Changes will be communicated to affected users and where applicable existing subscribers will be offered transition options or equivalent alternatives.

We strive for high availability but cannot promise uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and occasional downtime for updates may occur; we aim to minimize disruption and will communicate planned interruptions in advance when feasible.

Acceptable Use Rules

Users must follow acceptable use rules to keep the learning environment safe, professional and focused on practical outcomes. Prohibited behaviors include disruptive actions, unlawful activities and misuse of instructional materials.

  • Do not upload or share content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates privacy laws.
  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer platform systems, access unauthorized data, or exploit security vulnerabilities.
  • Do not use the platform to build or distribute unapproved malicious software or to facilitate unlawful surveillance.
  • Maintain professional conduct in peer reviews, forums and live sessions; harassment and abusive language are prohibited.
  • When submitting case studies, ensure you have the right to share any third-party data and anonymize personal information.
  • Use provided datasets and environments for educational and professional development purposes in line with license terms.
  • Follow instructors’ and course moderators’ guidance for assessments and project evaluations.

User Content

User content includes contributions such as forum posts, uploaded code snippets, project submissions and case study write-ups. Users retain ownership of their original materials subject to the rights granted below.

You keep ownership of materials you create and submit to your account. When you upload content that includes third-party data, you represent that you have the right to share it and that it complies with privacy and intellectual property laws.

By submitting content you grant BotLabAkad a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce and display the content to provide the service, evaluate submissions and include anonymized excerpts in aggregated learning resources and case collections.

You are responsible for the legality, accuracy and implications of your submissions. Do not submit proprietary or sensitive personal data without authorization and always follow anonymization practices for real-world case materials.

Requests to remove user content will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our policies. Some contributions used in aggregated educational resources may be retained in anonymized form for quality improvement and research unless legal obligations require deletion.

Intellectual Property

All platform content, including course structures, instructional materials, branding and software, is protected by intellectual property laws. BotLabAkad and its licensors retain all rights not expressly granted to users.

  • You may view and use course materials for personal and organizational training, but may not republish or resell materials without a license.
  • Derivative works meant for distribution or commercial use require prior written permission from BotLabAkad or the relevant content owner.
  • Trainers and partners may receive separate licensing terms for reuse in corporate training programs.

Paid Services and Subscriptions

Paid offerings include subscriptions, individual course purchases, corporate training packages and certification exam fees. Pricing, billing cycles and feature entitlements are described at the point of sale and in purchase confirmations.

Prices are stated in the applicable currency and may include VAT or other taxes where required. Corporate agreements may include custom pricing and service level terms.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. By purchasing you authorize us to charge the chosen payment method for fees and applicable taxes. Stored payment details are handled by the payment provider according to their terms.

Subscription terms specify billing frequency and renewal mechanics. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Cancellation stops future billing but does not always entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

Refunds are handled case-by-case, considering the nature of the course and access already provided. For courses with significant access or customized services delivered, refunds may be limited. Refund requests should be submitted to [email protected] with supporting details.

To cancel a subscription, follow the account settings workflow or contact [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

You are responsible for applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. BotLabAkad will collect taxes where required by law and display tax amounts at checkout when known.

We may change pricing for new and renewing subscriptions. Existing subscribers will be provided notice and an opportunity to cancel prior to a price change taking effect for their account when required by law.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access. We will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve payment issues before restricting educational progress.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in advance and may require affirmative consent for continued access to paid features. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. For users located in the EU/EEA, certain mandatory consumer protections under local law may apply and take precedence where required.
